Handling Complaint at Monster Kebab Restaurant, Condet Raya, East Jakarta

A restaurant is a place that serves food and drinks with various facilities that will make visitors feel at home when eating the food served by the restaurant. Service is one of the most important things for a restaurant because good service will make customers comfortable and improve the quality of the restaurant. By providing the best service, restaurant staff and management can minimize complaints that occur in restaurants and how good complaint handling by restaurants greatly influences the progress of a restaurant itself. One example is theMonster Kebab Restaurant which is a restaurant originating from the Middle East which is quite popular in Indonesia. The shape and size are also as big as a monsterand are also known for their many delicious flavors and toppings, and are sold at affordable prices. the location is very strategic because it is on the side of the road and there are many outlets, not just one outlet, the outlets are closest to their respective addresses, and this outlet is strategically located on Jalan Raya Condet Balekambang, East Jakarta. Kebab Monster serves a variety of menus, starting fromPremium Kebabs filled with monsters and super monsters, Signature Kebabs filled with monsters and super monsters too and there is also a Baby Monster filled withbeef and chicken mentai as well as Special Kebabs filled with original yummy, chicken skin, chicken twist with various toppings to meet customer tastes in ordering food menus. This final project aims to find out and analyze the procedurefor handling customer complaints at Monster Kebab Restaurant because in aproduct and service company, customer service has a very important role, for that it is necessary to handle customer complaints properly. Kebab Monster Restauranthas good service. and is considered capable of meeting customer satisfaction. The author has done an Internship at Kebab Monster Restaurant for 3 months, and gained a lot of knowledge, then collected the material that had been studied, then compiled it in a final project written by the author using observational interview methods and qualitative methods
