The process of accepting laboratory employees at PT. Kehatilab Indonesia still uses conventional methods where the application file submission is done directly, psychological testing and interview form filling using stationery, then assess and then choose employees to continue the interview. This can be considered ineffective because of the large number of job applications that are entered but not in accordance with the requirements set by the company, the more prospective employees who submit applications will cause accumulation of application files, and requires a relatively long time to select the application files for employees who will participate in the selection . In addition, companies often find employees who do not meet the required criteria. For this reason, a web-based employee acceptance information system design is needed with a prototype model and data collection techniques with observation, library research and interviews. So that with this web-based system we get standard employee results that are in accordance with the company's needs and help the personnel section in getting new employees quickly
