Examination at SMP Saronggi 2 still uses the old method where the teacher will share the questions and answer sheets that will be used by students in answering questions. To duplicate the question and answer sheet, a lot of paper is needed. After the exam, the teacher needs time to examine and recap the test score of at least 2 to 3 days. Therefore, a system is needed as an alternative in administering the exam to be more effective and efficient. There are several benefits that can be obtained such as the use of paper that can be reduced a lot, the results of the exam scores can be directly seen by the teacher and suppress acts of cheating by students such as cheating on the exam. Design and construction of an online exam application using the web Site Design Method (WSDM). Through a centralized user approach to website development and fulfillment of information from predetermined user groups. Website testing is done using the WAPT 9.7 software application. In this test will be obtained performance reliability information with the success rate of the user successfully hit access and enter the system with a time of 1.43 seconds and the use of bandwidth data per user has a time of 2.91 kbit / s For data transmission and response time of at least 0.56 seconds, and a maximum time of 2.5 seconds. while for an average time of 0.60 seconds.
