In this study there are two variables that are variable X
(Discipline) and variable Y (Employee Performance). This research was
conducted to determine the discipline in relation Abadi PT Jakarta, the
performance of employees at PT Relations Abadi Jakarta, and the
influence of discipline on the performance of employees at PT Relations
Abadi Jakarta.Data in use is the primary data collected through
observation, interviews, questionnaires and documentation. The
hypothesis of this study is no disciplinary effect on the performance of
employees at PT Relations Abadi Jakarta. To measure the effect of those
variables used simple linear regression and coefficient of
determination with the help of IBM SPSS computer application program 22.
Based on the results of data analysis using the statistical method that
is simple linear regression, the value of the coefficient of
determination (KD) amounted to 37.4% with a correlation coefficient of
0.612. Partial assay results (Test T) indicate that significant
berrpengaruh work discipline variables on the performance of employees
who obtained that t is greater than t table. Based on these results it
can be concluded that the disciplinary effect on the performance of
employees at PT Relations Abadi Jakarta.
