Education is a means to get an education, science and to improve the quality of human resources with the
learning process in schools. The success of an education that takes place in schools can not be separated
from the Principal. With the principals who have an important role in the national education system then it is
supposed to principals who are real achievement in leading the school awarded viable. In the assessment
of High School principal achievement in leading school that happen in high school in North Jakarta is still
done manually. Based on these issues, it would require a decision support ratings High School Principal
Achievement with logic Mamdani Fuzzy Inference System.
