Faktor yang Mempengaruhi Nasabah untuk Tetap Menggunakan Fasilitas Internet Banking Pada Bank Central Asia

Factor Affecting Consumers Continued Use of Internet Banking in Bank Central Asia .Bank Central Asia (BCA) is one of the banks in Indonesia are implementing internet banking system on banking services and known by the name KlikBCA. Existing customers is a valuable asset for service providers. From the point of view of the bank, maintain and retain their customer base that has been there is always more profitable than trying to get new customers. The purpose of this study was to identify factors that influence customers to continue to use internet banking at Bank Central Asia. The data used are primary data obtained through questionnaires distributed to 100 Internet Banking users in the main branch Thamrin. The independent variables used are comfort, confidence, availability of features and value for money, while the dependent variable is the continuation of the use of internet banking. Analysis of the data in this study using SPSS V.21 The results of this study are all independent variables, convenience, trust, availability features, and value for money is significantly positive effect on the dependent variable continued usage of internet banking.
