Information System of Population Administration (SIAK) is an information system based on procedures based on information and communication technology that aims to organize the population administration system in Indonesia. Population administration is one of the tasks that must be carried out in Lembursitu Village, Lemburs District. Population administration aims to record all incidents involving mortality, mobility, human resources, socioeconomic potential of the population in a particular region as one of the important aspects of long-term national development. Population administration must be carried out continuously, continuously, on time and accurately. To be able to increase population data collection activities and their reports, it is necessary to design the population data collection system. This design will utilize information technology that will assist the data collection of residents in Lembursitu village. So that in a short period of time the population data collection and reporting can minimize errors that may occur and can provide reports quickly and accurately.
