The progress of a technology allows each school to be able to adapt to the existing technology. Computers and mobile devices that are created to facilitate human work. SMK Ar-rahmahSukabumi wants the school to have an information system that supports and provides satisfying services for students and teachers in terms of assessment. For this reason the author tries to make the Final Project regarding the exam information system which has not been computerized until now. Examination systems that exist in Ar-Rahmah Vocational High School are still done manually, starting from student examinations, to storing other data related to the examination process to the results of the test results, making it possible when the process of giving grades to students is less accurate and delays because the teacher must check the questions one by one. The design of this information system is the best solution to solve the problems that exist in this school, as well as with a computerized system that can be achieved an effective and efficient activity in supporting the activities of this school. A computerized system is better than a manual system so that it runs more effectively and efficiently and the examination system is now more conducive to students and teachers compared to the previous system.
