Analisis Peran Sekretaris Dalam Penanganan Rapat Dan Arsip Terhadap Efektifitas kerja Pada Perusahaan

Communication in organization, kept in form of oral and in writing, Oral Communication done by phone and writing communication done by paper such as email. Written communication is the material that we can save in the form of achive and sometimes latter we call as a data. This data we can use in decision makin in a meeting. Meetings and archives is a very important activity in the organization or company. Although it is sometimes taken lightly but the implementation of meeting and archive are also the result of the meeting cannot be said to be simple. If the handling of the meeting was wrong or the data that use in the meeting in not correct it will have an impact on errors in decisions making or conclusions of the meeting. A wrong decision or conclusion in the metting will give bad impact for organization or company.
