 Admission of new students is a process of screening prospective students who fit the criteria to become students in MTs Nurul Hikmah Tangerang. Currently the process of admission of new students to MTs Nurul  Hikmah  is  still  conventional  using  the  new  student  enrollment  form  and  for  the  preparation  of  new admissions reports still rely on the master book as data storage media. The purpose of this study is to generate the  design  of  new  student  admissions  information  system  web-based  so  that  simplify  the  process  of  student acceptance  and  student  acceptance  reports  automatically  compiled  each  year.  This  research  uses  case  study with observation method and literature study in collecting data. For software development method using Model Waterfall approach. Tools used to design the system in the form of ERD (Entity Relationship Diagram) and LRS (Logical Record Structure) While the database using MySQL and web design design using bootstrap framework. The designed system is expected to assist Madrasah in processing new student data and making it easier for users to obtain information about student acceptance.
