The information system is a process of collecting, storing, analyzing and disseminating information for a particular purpose. Medical record information system may play a role in improving the quality of health services. Clinical Laboratory Medical Cibadak a health facility where a variety of tests carried out on biological specimens to obtain the patient's health information. The medical records of patients in the Clinical Laboratory Cibadak Medika is still made in the conventional manner, namely by hand by a health analyst at the book, which still use conventional ways that make the patient's medical record looks untidy and time-consuming at the time of data search. To improve health care services to patients in the Clinical Laboratory Cibadak Medika it needed a medical record information system. Hopefully, by the patient's medical record information system can improve the accuracy of data and speed up the process of making the results of laboratory tests as well as a memorandum of payment. Patient medical record information system is also expected to provide ease in searching for patient medical records and can improve health services for patients.
