PERANCANGAN SISTEM PELAYANAN PEMBUATAN SURAT KETERANGAN BERBASIS WEB PADA KELURAHAN DAYEUHLUHUR KOTA SUKABUMI

KelurahanDayeuhluhur is government institute wchichalways pays attention to the satisfaction of the citizens, especially in improving the quality of service, particularly in the field of correspondence. Where the making of the correspondence is currently done manually or in a conventional, that the citizens should come directly to the office that causesa lot of queues Dayeuhluhur applicants so that the service of correspondence became less effective because so many requests at the same time. Likewise making of correspondence which still using Microsoft office, this allows the risk of occurrence data loss is greater, such as exposed by virus, erased, the format of the mail too easily changed, causing the loss of formatting the original letter. Based on the problems that faced  website application design for letter making service was creation. This web design creation using the Prototype method starts from listening to customers and mail services officer i.e. citizens, build or fix the prototype and customers see or test prototype. With the web is expected to service of correspondence could be better and make it easier for officers to make letters and managing correspondence. Besides facilitating the citizens in propose letter creation.
