The development of information technology in this era really feels very fast. The role of information technology has become the backbone where every field has been used for the advancement of the company. Any company that wants to advance quickly, it is appropriate to use information technology as a medium of acceleration infrastructure in the ongoing business process faster. In the current era of globalization, there is no possibility still many institutions that still operate manually and research. Innovation will lead to accelerated data processing of any information that is accurate, relevant and unbiased. The use of files together becomes quite complicated where every employee with various assignments in data processing. This leads to very fast service. Information is very thin and still not maximal.

Cloud computing technology today has been adopted by large-scale IT companies, Google and Microsoft, services are integrated with Cloud Storages, Google Drive and OneDrive.

In 2017 based on Akamai.com Indonesia within Q.1 the connection speed is ranked 77 with an average of 7.2 Mbps, QoQ 6.7% and YoY 59%, has decreased 40% compared to neighboring countries in the Asia Pacific, such as Vietnam at 73% and Japan gained the smallest increase of 12%.

The previous year based on Akamai.com Indonesia within 2016 Q.1 to 2016 internet connection and speed has experienced significant growth in Q4.16: 6748.5 kbps above the connection speed owned by China with the acquisition of 6295.7 kbps 

The Internet has shifted into a primary need and is needed by every community that joins and a community, or simply searches for actual information today, agencies or companies that become data centers in a single source that can be accessed by any staff or employee. 

Based on that information, it is time to utilize new technology to improve services as a centralized data medium, by building cloud-based technology, as the Center for Transforming Public Policy of Indonesia adapt to operational support, as well as see the latest technological development opportunities.
