Pengaruh Manajemen Pengetahuan terhadap Kinerja Organisasi yang Dimediasi oleh Modal Intelektual

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji pengaruh langsung dari manajemen pengetahuan terhadap kinerja organisasi dan pengaruh tidak langsungnya melalui modal intelektual sebagai mediator. Metode yang digunakan adalah metode kuantitatif melalui survey terhadap 430 responden yang berasal dari sektor publik di Indonesia. Penelitian ini menggunakan Analisis kuantitatif dengan bantuan SEM melalui program IBM AMOS. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa manajemen pengetahuan berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap modal intelektual, dengan kontribusi sebesar 23,1% terhadap penguatan modal manusia, struktural, dan relasional. Meskipun pengaruh langsung manajemen pengetahuan terhadap kinerja organisasi relatif kecil (R² = 4,3%), modal intelektual memiliki pengaruh yang lebih besar terhadap kinerja (R² = 22,6%). Lebih lanjut, pengaruh manajemen pengetahuan terhadap kinerja organisasi meningkat secara signifikan ketika dimediasi oleh modal intelektual, sehingga kombinasi kedua variabel mampu menjelaskan 65,6% variasi kinerjaorganisasi. Temuan ini menegaskan bahwa integrasi manajemen pengetahuan dengan penguatan modal intelektual menjadi strategi penting dalam meningkatkan kinerja organisasi perangkat daerah.Secara praktis membantu manajer dan pengambil kebijakan khususnya di sektor publik untuk memahami peran dari manajemen pengetahuan, danmodal intelektual dalam meningkatkan kinerja organisasi.
