Human resources are key in the company, this is influenced by motivation and work enthusiasm on the productivity of the company itself. This research aims to find out whether motivation and work enthusiasm have a significant effect on productivity partially and simultaneously. This research uses a quantitative method where data is collected and then processed using the SPSS version 25 application to analyze the questionnaire results and measure all existing variables with several tests, namely data quality tests; validity and reliability test, classical assumption test; normality test, multicollinearity, heteroscedasticity, and hypothesis testing using multiple linear regression, determination test (R²), f test and t test. The results of the coefficient of determination (R²) use an R Square value of 0.505, it can be concluded that motivation (X₁) and work enthusiasm (X₂) simultaneously influence the organizational commitment variable (Y) by 49.5%. From the calculation results of the f test and t test, it can be seen that all motivation variables and work enthusiasm variables simultaneously have a positive and significant effect on the productivity variable with a value of Sig. of 0.000 < 0.05, and the Fcount value is 13.755 > Ftable is 4.196.
