Hafifah Ochtariani (44200937), Arief Muhammad's Influencer Marketing Communication Strategy in Increasing Consumer Purchase Interest in Dewa Motor Kaliabang Branch Products
This research aims to analyze the marketing communication strategy via Instagram social media implemented by Dewa Motor in an effort to improve products. This research uses a qualitative approach with a case study method to get an in-depth picture of the strategies used by Dewa Motor. Data was obtained through observation, in-depth interviews, and content analysis on Dewa Motor's Instagram account. The results show that Dewa Motor implements various marketing communication strategies, such as creating attractive visual content, collaborating with influencers, utilizing the Instagram stories and reels feature, as well as active interaction with followers through comments and direct messages. This strategy has proven effective in increasing user engagement and brand awareness. In addition, this research found that a deep understanding of the target audience and consistency in message delivery are key factors for the success of Dewa Motor's marketing strategy on Instagram. This research contributes to companies and academics in understanding the importance of marketing communication strategies on social media, especially Instagram, to improve company products.
