PT.XYZ adalah perusahaan manufaktur yang bergerak dibidang alas kaki
dengan produk ternama. Kerjasama manufaktur dengan merek sepatu ternama
dunia menyebabkan muncul kebijakan perubahan data order. Dampak yang terjadi
akibat perubahan data order yaitu dari tahun 2014 hingga 2022 sebanyak
26.540.233 pasang sepatu. Perubahan data order dikategorikan menjadi change size
run, change item text, dan cancellation. Perbuahan data order yang pada umumnya
terjadi dibidang konstruksi namun nyatanya juga terjadi pada manufaktur.
Membantu analisis sebab dan akibat perubahan data order dengan memanfaatkan
causal loop diagram. Hasil dari penerapan causal loop diagram terdapat variabel
tambahan untuk melakukan claim cost menjadi tiga variabel. Variabel terdahulu
hanya material cost kemudian bertambah component cost dan finish goods. . Pada
claim cost awal sebesar 693.307 USD kemudian meningkat menjadi 2.222.410
USD. Pemanfaatan metode ini sudah menjawab tentang claim cost bidang
manufaktur dengan ditemukannya dua variabel baru claim cost. Perlu dilakukan
penelitian lebih lanjut mengenai penerapan claim cost dibidang manufaktur kepada
pihak konsumen, dikarenakan melakukan claim cost tentang change order yang
masih minim penelitian terkait bidang manufaktur.
