Strategi Komunikasi Captain Barbershop Melalui Akun Instragram @captainbarbershipid Untuk Meningkatkan BrandAwareness

n Indonesia, the Barbershop phenomenon reflects the changing culture of self

that is increasingly popular among men. The diverse demands of lifestyle make
men increasingly pay attention to their appearance, especially related to hairstyles
and the co
mfort they want to get when doing hair care. This is a shift for the barber
industry, where now it is not just about comfort or hair cleanliness, but has become
an essential part of a lifestyle. This study aims to determine how Captain
Barbershop's marketi
ng communication strategy is in increasing brand awareness
through Instagram social media. By using a qualitative approach with a case study
research type (case study) so that it can analyze in depth and comprehensively how
Captain Barbershop's marketing c
ommunication strategy increases brand
awareness through Instagram social media. The method used in this study is a
qualitative descriptive method. And using in
-
depth interview techniques. The
results of this study showed that from various indicators contai
ned in content
marketing and awareness, Captain Barbershop managed to do all of them well. The
Captain Barbershop team managed to plan, analyze the audience, create ideas,
compile concepts, produce content, distribute content, evaluate content, and
develop
content to be better every day. All stages in content marketing have been
carried out by the Captain Barbershop team and have an impact on the introduction
that occurs on Instagram towards Captain Babershop
