Pengaruh Green Organizational Culture, Green Work Environment, dan Green Work Discipline Terhadap Green Employee Performance Pegawai Dinas Ketenagakerjaan Kota Tangerang

Peran Organizational Culture, Work Environment, dan Green Work Discipline yang berfokus pada berkelanjutan merupakan sangat krusial dan memberikan dampak positif terhadap Employee Performance. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui apakah green organizational culture, green work environment, dan green work discipline memiliki pengaruh secara signifikan terhadap green
employee performance pada pegawai Dinas Ketenagakerjaan Kota Tangerang. Populasi dalam penelitian ini sebanyak 43 orang pegawai Dinas Ketenagakerjaan Kota Tangerang. Teknik pengambilan sampel dalam penelitian ini adalah sampling jenuh, yaitu mengambil seluruh sampel sebanyak 43 responden. Data dikumpulkan dengan kuesioner yang telah diuji validitas dan reabilitasnya. Metode penelitian menggunakan metode analisis regresi linear berganda dengan menggunakan uji F, uji t serta uji dominan dengan taraf signifikan 5%. Hasil penelitian dan hipotesis menunjukkan bahwa green organizational culture, green work environment, dan green work discipline berpengaruh secara simultan dengan hasil regresi linear berganda dalam uji F diperoleh Fhitung sebesar 19,037 lebih besar dari Ftabel 2,85, sedangkan secara parsial melalui uji t diperoleh thitung untung masing-masing variabel yaitu Green Organizational Culture (X1) sebesar 2,513 Green Work Environment (X2) sebesar 0,480 Green Work Discipline (X3) sebesar 2,381,
sedangkan untuk nilai ttabel adalah sebesar 1,68488 maka variabel bebas Green Organizational Culture (X1) dan Green Work Discipline (X3) secara parsial berpengaruh dan signifikan terhadap variabel terikat Green Employee Performance, sedangkan untuk variabel Green Work Environment (X2) secara parsial tidak berpengaruh dan tidak signifikan terhadap variabel terikat Green Employee Performance. Sedangkan variabel Green Organizational Culture berpengaruh dominan terhadap Green Employee Performance pada pegawai Dinas Ketenagakerjaan Kota Tangerang, dan sebaiknya seluruh pegawai dapat terus mempertahankan bahkan meningkatkan Employee Performance sehingga tujuan utama bisa tercapai sempurna.
