Information technology helps various human tasks. Such as changes in public services in the government. The Sapawarga - Jabar Super Apps application is known as the Sapa Warga Jabar application, is an integrated public service application that makes it easier for West Java residents to access various public services digitally. The research in this thesis aims to compare the quality of public services using two methods, namely Importance Performance Analysis and COBIT 5 Domain DSS using purposive sampling. With the final conclusion, that the application service has met user expectations but there are still attributes that must be improved and considered. The results of the IPA method analysis show a level of conformity of 0.97 approaching 100%, and the GAP gap analysis is -1.52. From the quadrant analysis, there are 2 attributes that are the main priority while the other 4 attributes have a low priority for improvement. While for COBIT 5, the focus on the DSS Domain (Deliver, Service and Support) as a supporting tool for IT management from 6 DSS processes has a gap value of 0.41 and a maturity value of 3.72 entering maturity level 4 at the Predictable Process maturity level.
