This research was conducted to determine company performance using the Balanced Scorecard method. To find out, use four perspectives, namely: financial perspective, customer perspective, internal business process perspective, growth and learning perspective. The aim of this research is to determine company performance at PT. Unilever Indonesia. Based on the financial perspective, the results show a decline in the last three years, especially in net profit margin and return on equity, indicating a decrease in income and an increase in financial expenses. The customer perspective shows fluctuating results, with a decrease in the acquisition rate, but customer retention and satisfaction remain good. The internal business process perspective shows the results that the performance of the internal business process perspective in the 2021 - 2023 period has decreased every year and the results of the performance measurement from the learning and growth perspective show that the performance measurement of PT Unilever Indonesia for the 2021 - 2023 period is measured by the level of employee productivity, and the results of This measurement experiences a decrease each period, which means that the results of PT's performance assessment. Unilever Indonesia, which was measured using the Balance Scorecard method with 4 perspectives (financial perspective, customer perspective, internal business process perspective, and learning and growth perspective), was
overall rated "fairly good".
