Dalam penelitian ini, Chatbot di uji coba pada situs web PT Zurich Asuransi Indonesia untuk meningkatkan efisiensi operasional perusahaan. Dalam era digital yang semakin berkembang, teknologi Chatbot telah menjadi salah satu cara yang bagus untuk membantu pelanggan mendapatkan layanan yang cepat dan responsif.
Skripsi ini menggunakan metode penelitian eksperimental. Chatbot diuji di tempat kerja nyata untuk mengetahui seberapa efektif mereka. Wawancara, pengamatan langsung, dan analisis data sebelum dan sesudah Chatbot membantu mendapatkan data. Studi ini bertujuan untuk memberikan informasi tentang produk asuransi dan menjawab pertanyaan umum pelanggan.
Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa Chatbot dapat meningkatkan efisiensi berbagai aspek operasi di situs web PT Zurich Asuransi Indonesia. Chatbot dapat meringankan tugas layanan.
