CV Company. Dwita Karya Bekasi is a company in the development and general trading sector. This research
aims to determine the influence of employee involvement and self-efficacy on work professionalism at CV Dwita
Karya Bekasi. Data testing in research takes the form of a quantitative statistical approach using the SPSS 25.0
application by collecting data in the form of questionnaires. All populations in this study were CV employees.
Dwita Karya Bekasi with a sample of 30 employees. The research results show that the variables of work
involvement and self-efficacy have a significant effect on CV work professionalism. Dwita Karya Bekasi where the
result of the significance value is 0.001 (<0.05) with the calculated T value > T Table variable X1 of 2.548 (>
2.052) and variable X2 of 4.743 (> 2.052). Based on the determination test, it can be concluded that the R Square
value of the influence of the work involvement variable on the work professionalism variable is 75.4%. The effect
of the self-efficacy variable on the work professionalism variable was 83.3%. As well as the influence of work
involvement and self-efficacy variables on work professionalism, the results obtained were 86.6%.
