PENGARUH BUDAYA ORGANISASI DAN LINGKUNGAN KERJA TERHADAP KEPUASAN KERJA KARYAWAN PT. PEGADAIAN CABANG KALIMALANG

Pegadaian is a State-Owned Enterprise (BUMN) with Company status which carries out business as regulated in the PT Financial Services Authority Regulation (POJK). Pegadaian has a variety of products ranging from Conventional to Sharia. The purpose of this research is to determine the influence of organizational culture and work environment on job satisfaction of PT employees. Kalimalang Branch Pawnshop. This research uses quantitative statistical methods with SPSS version 25. Data collection was carried out by distributing questionnaires to 40 employees. Based on the results of hypothesis testing, the Organizational Culture variable on Job Satisfaction has a calculated T value of 5.199 > T table 2.024. The results of the Work Environment variable on Job Satisfaction show a calculated T value of 3.498 > T table 2.024. and the F test results show calculated F of 89.698 > F table 3.25. So the results obtained are that organizational culture and work environment influence job satisfaction.
