Rivaldo Vahlevi (19221629) Analisa Kepuasan Pengguna Website SIPKL Pada Balai Kesehatan Mata Masyarakat Cikampek Menggunakan Metode Webqual

Keinginan manusia untuk membuat segala sesuatu lebih bermanfaat mendorong kreativitas dan menciptakan alat pendukung teknologi yang membuat pekerjaan manusia lebih bermanfaat dan lebih cepat. Pada Balai Kesehatan mata masyarakat cikampek pendaftaran praktek kerja lapangan masih dilakukan secara paper based, Maka dari itu, mengingat permasalahan yang dihadapi oleh Bkmm cikampek tersebut. Staff IT  menerapkan penggunaan sistem informasi berbasis website internet dengan nama SIPKL. Permasalahan yang muncul saat ini yaitu, belum  diketahaui apakah website SIPKL ini sudah memiliki kualitas layanan yang baik bagi penggunanya. Bagaimana tingkat kepuasan pengguna setelah menggunakan website ini. Salah satu metode yang dapat digunakan untuk mengetahui kualitas layanan website adalah menggunakan metode webqual. Oleh karena itu penulis memiliki gagasan untuk menganalisis kualitas website SIPKL dengan menggunakan metode webqual. Penelitian ini diharapkan dapat mengetahui penilaian kinerja atau aktual terhadap penilaian kepentingan atau harapan yang diinginkan oleh pengguna website SIPKL sehingga pihak perusahaan dapat mempertimbangkan hal-hal yang menjadi perbaikan serta pengembangan dari website tersebut.

Rivaldo vahlevi (19221629) Analysis of SIPKL Website User Satisfaction at the Cikampek Community Eye Health Center Using the Webqual Method

The human desire to make things more useful drives creativity and creates technological tools that make human work more useful and faster. At the Cikampek Community Eye Health Center, registration for field work practices is still carried out on a paper basis. Therefore, given the problems faced by the Cikampek Bkmm. The IT staff implements the use of an internet website-based information system under the name SIPKL. The problem that arises at this time is that it is not yet known whether the SIPKL website has good service quality for its users. What is the level of user satisfaction after using this website. One method that can be used to determine the quality of website services is to use the webqual method. Therefore the author has the idea to analyze the quality of the SIPKL website using the webqual method. This research is expected to be able to find out the performance or actual assessment of the assessment of interests or expectations desired by users of the SIPKL website so that the company can consider matters for improvement and development of the website.
