ABSTRAK

Dimas Oka Fauzy (12191560), Perancangan Sistem Informasi Pendaftaran Layanan Pada UPT Puskesmas Nyalindung Kabupaten Sukabumi

Penelitian ini berfokus pada sistem pendaftaran pelayanan kesehatan yang masih belum terkomputerisasi dan bertujuan menghasilkan sebuah perancangan sistem pendaftaran layanan secara online pada UPT Puskesmas Nyalindung untuk mempermudah proses daftar agar dapat mencegah tumpukkan antrian. Metode yang digunakan adalah metode kualitatif agar penelitian fokus sesuai fakta di lapangan. Metode pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan observasi langsung, wawancara dan studi pustaka. Ada beberapa tahapan dari mockup prototype yaitu analisa kebutuhan, merancang model atau design yang digambarkan melalui diagram seperti Entity Relationship Diagram (ERD), Logical Record Structure (LRS), Use Case Diagram dan lain-lain, sebagai acuan perancangan mockup prototype agar perancangan sistem berjalan maupun perancangan sistem yang diusulkan tetap berfokus pada masalah yang dibahas. Hasil dari penelitian ini adalah sebuah mockup prototype, dalam tahap ini mockup prototype perancangan sistem pendaftaran layanan secara online akan di simulasikan (implementasi) untuk berinteraksi antara sistem dan pengguna (user) yang berupa model fisik kerja sistem dan merupakan versi awal dari sistem

 

ABSTRACT

This study focuses on the registration of health services that are still not computerized and aims to produce an online service registration system design at UPT Puskesmas Nyalindung to simplify the registration process to prevent queue buildup. The method used is qualitative so the research focuses on the facts on the ground. Methods of data collection are done by direct observation, interviews, and literature study. There are several stages of the mockup prototype, namely requirements analysis, model design, or the design depicted through diagrams such as Entity Relationship Diagram (ERD), Logical Record Structure (LRS), Use Case Diagrams, and others, as a reference for designing mockup prototypes so that system design runs. as well as the design of the proposed system remains focused on the problems discussed. The result of this research is a mockup prototype, at this stage, a mockup prototype for designing an online service registration system will be simulated (implementation) to interact between the system and the user in the form of a physical model of the work system and is an early version of the system.
