The purpose of this study was to determine the influence and how much influence organizational culture, motivation and job satisfaction on employee performance at the Tambora District Health Center, West Jakarta. The research method uses quantitative descriptive analysis. The sampling technique used a saturated sample with a sample of 70 people by distributing questionnaires. The technique used to analyze this data is using t test, F test, determination test and multiple regression equation using SPSS version 22. The results of this study showed that based on the t value for the organizational culture
variable (X1) is 3.187, with a sig value of 0.116, Motivation variable (X2) is 3.145 with a sig value of 0.025, Job Satisfaction variable (X3) is 0.215 with a sig value of 0.817, meaning that organizational culture, motivation, and job satisfaction variables have a positive and partially significant effect on employee performance variables. The results of the F test are stated simultaneously that Organizational Culture (X1), Motivation (X2), and Job Satisfaction (X3) have a positive and significant effect on employee performance. The results of the regression equation test are 0.764 and 0.318 which means that the relationship between organizational culture and motivation with employee performance is positive and significant, and 0.028 on the job satisfaction variable which means that there is a positive but not significant effect. While the results of the coefficient of determination test are employee performance of 0.675 or 67.5% is influenced by organizational culture factors,
motivation and job satisfaction while the rest is influenced by other factors. The results of this study indicate that there is a
fairly strong influence between organizational culture, motivation and job satisfaction on employee performance at the Tambora District Health Center, West Jakarta.
