Based on field observations and interviews, Budi Jaya Elementary School students experience delays in reading, writing, and arithmetic. Especially in English language skills which are very minimal. Therefore, the writer seeks to improve students' reading, writing, and counting skills, especially in English through the use of flashcard. English has four skills that can be learned, namely: listening, speaking, reading and writing. Flashcard are one way to improve skills, especially writing and reading skills. The writer held a special class to learn writing and reading using flashcards specifically for students who still have difficulties in writing and reading. As a result of this research, the writer can conclude that some students are enthusiastic when learning using flashcard because it is fun. Students are a little easier in answering questions and composing answer sentences well but there are also students who face some difficulties due to lack of concentration in listening to learning.
