Perancangan Sistem Informasi Pada Museum Anjungan Papua Taman Mini Indonesia Indah Berbasis WEB

Currently, there is not enough information about the tourist objects in the Museum Pavilion Papua TMII, so there are not many tourists and also the public who know about the potential tourist objects. Therefore, this needs to be overcome by promoting and purchasing tickets online using website-based information media. The purpose of designing this web-based information system is to promote the Museum Pavilion Papua TMII. Web-based information systems are media that have elements of text, animated images, and sound. These elements make this media interesting. The research method is collecting data through literature studies, interviews, and observations, as well as analyzing software requirements, building a database with MySQL, designing an interface using PHP, conducting program testing as the final stage in making a web-based tourism information system. The results of the design in the form of a web-based tourism information system which is expected to be a medium that can promote the Museum Pavilion Papua TMII then with the purchase of a web ticket is expected to have a similar design process to produce a better and more complete work than the existing work.
