Business trip is usually only for a few moment, the implementation of supervision at the branch office or company branch, seminars, company appointments, assessment of coorperation and other activities. Organizing business trip management affective leadership needed good implementation. Methods or research in
this TA uses a qualitative methods of data that includes: observation, interview, and documentation. Business trip is one of the duties of a secretary, made from, preparing for making travel checklist, preparing travel documents such as passport and visas, corporate documents, make a list of travel plans, preparing for transport accommodation and finance. After a business trip secretary have to make a report travel expreses and business travel report. Pt Agility International Jakarta have a secretary who is deft in performing professional duties
such as arraging trips ranging from preparing for the implementation of departure until his return and record all business trip with a detailed report. It has proven effectiveness in managing a businesstrip by a secretary. A secretary also have ability to know what that should be prepared, be carried and need to considered. All of it for
the benefit of the business trip leadership.
