In business competition, IT becomes something that fundamental to be integrated in the company to survive the face of competition. When the company decided to implement IT as part of doing business, then the company should be able to perform measurements of whether information technology that is used to improve the performance of the company. One way to measure it using IT Balanced Scorecard has four perspectives including Corporate Contribution, User Orientation, Operational Excellence, Future Orientation. The purpose of this study was to determine indicators of what is in the IT Balanced Scorecard four perspectives that can affect the performance of IT. Confirmatory Factor Analysist (CFA) was used to examine the pattern of relationships between multiple constructs. Analysis of the data using the data processing software SPSS version 20 and SPSS AMOS version 18 result showed that the Corporate Contribution and Future Orientation perspective affect the performance of IT.
