The purpose of this research is to help and make people aware of the importance of
public speaking skills in various kinds of work by utilizing online media for public
speaking courses, with Pandji Pragiwaksono as a mentor. This report focuses on
developing ways to overcome stage fright, the symptoms of stage fright, and the
causes of stage fright. So that in the case of any work that requires public speaking,
we can realize it early and be ready to improve ourselves. This study uses a
qualitative descriptive method. The results of using online courses as learning media,
as a basis for self-learning awareness of the symptoms, causes, and how to overcome
stage fright, which are expected to be a provision when required to work in a place
that requires public speaking
