The Influence of Principal Leadership Style in Reward and Punishment on Teacher Performance at SMPIT Islamicity Tangerang School, this study aims to determine the effect of principal's leadership style in determining reward and punishment, to determine the effect of Rewards and Punishment on Teacher Performance. The data were collected using a questionnaire method and analyzed using linear regression analysis to find out how much influence the independent variable had on the dependent variable. The population in this study were all teachers at SMPIT Islamaicity. The number of samples in this study was 53 people.
