FENOMENA PROSUMER TIKTOKERS SEBAGAI PENYEBARAN INFORMASI MAKE UP ARTIST (MUA) (Studi kasus pada akun @maulana_makeup25)

With the development of information and communication technology, the majority of TikTok applications have emerged among teenagers who are often actively looking for information to share. productive or called prosumer. As was done by a young Make-up Artist (MUA) named Maulana Yusuf, who has used this application from TikTok, namely the TikTok account @maulana makeup25. In this study, to reveal the social reality of Tiktokers who share information about MUA through the process of consumption, production and dissemination of information, the researchers used descriptive qualitative research methods, namely conducting a descriptive analysis of qualitative data. MUA prosumer culture in TikTok is a phenomenon in where everyone can be a producer as well as a consumer of information. Through this phenomenon, it can be revealed that when an information is triggered by a recipient of information, that party can simultaneously become a producer and can become a consumer of the information. Maulana MUA is said to be a prosumer, because he has the capacity to produce and consume information. In his activities as an MUA, Maulana Yusuf does not only produce information on make-up, but they also consume make-up tutorial content.
