I Nyoman Rizki Anggara (19172650), Application of MVC Model On Body Repair Information System Workshop Generation Motor.
The use of the internet as an information media is increasingly used in various countries including Indonesia. Because of its wide reach, as well as its easy use of the internet is now used as a promotional media to improve the services of a company. The purpose of this research is to control and parse of queues that occur in Generasi Motor workshops with a booking system conducted online. The data collection technique used is to make direct observations to the generasi motor workshop and conduct interviews with the workshop owner to obtain accurate information. Factors that affect the buildup of queues are due to limited space and mechanical power. there are at least 2 to 5 vehicles every day that are forced to queue, so it can affect service and customer satisfaction. By creating a web booking queue online is expected to make it easier for customers to obtain certainty of workmanship and make it easier for workshop owners to improve services.
