PERANCANGAN WEBSITE E-VOTING UNTUK PEMILIHAN KETUA OSIS PADA MTS AR-RAHMAH SUKABUMI

ABSTRACT

 

 

Rifqi Awaludin Fauzi (19172401),Council "Designing an E-Voting Website for StudentSelection at Mts Ar-Rahmah Sukabumi".


 

Mts Ar-Rahmah is a school located at Jl. cirumput 07 Selaawi village, Sukaraja sub-district, Sukabumi district,  Jawa Barat, 43792. The election of the OSIS chairman is a political education for students. The democratic party in schools through the process of selecting the OSIS Chair is a civic education, aimed at educating the next generation of the nation to understand their rights and obligations. The election of the OSIS Chair at Mts Ar-Rahmah is still done manually by using ballot paper in the process of voting and counting votes, causing many weaknesses in the election process. After observing, interviewing and researching the OSIS Chair Election system at Mts Ar-Rahmah,council E-voting became an alternative for students to be able to elect the studentpresident using the website. With this application, errors during the voting process and the vote counting process can be reduced, but it can also save time and costs. This web-based OSIS chairman election information system is designed with the aim of facilitating the election of the OSIS chairman and vote counting.
