The need for information technology is very important in all aspects of life. One of them is through the development of internet technology which is one of the information media currently developing and proven to be very effective and efficient in disseminating information that can be accessed by anyone. anytime and anywhere, especially has penetrated the field of marketing and sales. (e-marketing) that can connect between sellers and potential buyers directly without being limited by space and time. Fitra Pratama's other marketing strategy is the use of distribution and promotion by means of marketing in media marketing groups such as distribution and promotion by means of marketing in media marketing groups such as facebook, whatsapp, olx and instagram. Then to deal with consumers who interested and want to check the housing can be done meeting with the marketing department and delivered to the location, the best way of marketing performed by Fitra Pratama Residence housing has constraints of utilization in terms of technology to support effective marketing performance. The design method in this thesis using UML and generating a design view in prototype form. With the web-based marketing information system for Fitra Pratama Residence, it is hoped that it will provide opportunities PT. Build Nusa Kreasi to expand marketing network,
