The need for food is expected to continue to increase over time the availability of raw materials is a very important process in order to provide good service to consumers, but too much raw material can also result in too high a cost of raw materials are materials that make up the whole into a finished product so that in the process of providing raw materials it must be considered properly, Inventory control of raw materials is one of the factors that ensure smooth production which is intended to meet the needs of raw materials for the production process in the future, because the results of production will affect the process of providing raw materials. This research is motivated by the frequent advantages and disadvantages of raw materials in warehouses. The material stock inventory management system and the waterfall system development model will assist in the management of food raw materials, with an online material stock inventory system, being able to handle existing problems will facilitate the process of collecting material stock data and the system will also make it easier to make reports.
