Currently DISDUKCAPIL is one of the Government Offices that has made significant progress in Indonesia, so it is necessary to improve quality services to maintain the image of the office in the wider community. Currently DISDUKCAPIL already has an information system related to the existing services, but the system is only for information, therefore, consulting services still use physical documents and waste a lot of time, the requirement is to bring an KTP. The use of physical documents is prone to errors in recording which ultimately hampers the process of consulting services. For this reason, a web-based consulting service information system was created with a waterfall model starting from software requirements analysis, design, program code generation, testing, to support or maintenance. The result of this research is the existence of a web-based consulting service application so that admins can easily input data and search data and don't waste much time, In addition, this application can reduce errors in recording physical documents, damage and even loss of documents, because the data has been stored in the system and most importantly this application can improve the quality of service quality for applicants at the DISDUKCAPIL Office.
