Technological developments in the current era of globalization are moving very rapidly and the information circulating is more and more complex so that the health world must be able to keep up with technological developments, especially in the field of computer technology. Where cryptography is a science that studies mathematical techniques in securing information or original messages (plaintext) into hidden text (Cipher text) and then converted into the original message again. In cryptography, the block cipher algorithm is known in which there is AES (Advanced Encryption Standard) which is part of the Modern Symmetric Key Cipher, this algorithm uses the same key during the encryption and description process so that the data we have will be difficult to understand. At the Sukalarang Public Health Center, one of the activities that have not been computerized is in terms of patient registration. PHP is a server side programming language that is widely used today, especially for creating dynamic websites. MySQL is a DBMS (Database Management System) using SQL (Structured Query Language) commands that are widely used today in making web-based applications. Patient registration is the first stage carried out by someone who will carry out a health examination. This process will produce a medical card which will be given to the patient to find out the data for the examination or other health checkpoints.
