PERANCANGAN SISTEM INFORMASI PENDAFTARAN SISWA BARU PADA MTs. AL-HIBSIYAH

Sabda Maulana (12182946), New Student Registration Information System Design at MTs. Al-Hibsiyah


 


New Student Registration is a screening process to find and select prospective students who meet the criteria that the school wants. The new student registration system at Mts. Al-Hibsiyah still uses the conventional system, namely using the handwritten method in filling out registration forms and collecting data on prospective new students who register by the Committee. Prospective new students find it difficult to get information about the school environment, school achievements and the registration process, then to get the registration form they are required to come to school, so it is considered less effective. The school also still uses archives in physical form which are very vulnerable to damage or even loss. The system that is still conventional can result in the administration of new student admissions tends to be slow, because the data has not been integrated and managed properly. Therefore, there is a need for a solution to overcome these problems, namely by creating a new student registration website in order to make it easier for the committee to manage new student registration data, as well as make it easier for prospective new students to carry out the registration process and get school information faster.
