Office of the Agency for Personnel and Human Resources Development Sukabumi city is a government agency that has the task of poko for the formulation of technical policies in the field of personnel and human resources development, support for the implementation of local government, coaching and implementation of tasks in the field of staffing, implementation of other tasks issued by the head of the region in the field of personnel and human resources development , one of them is in the field of retirement. In terms of pension administration, the process of applying for a pension is still done manually, so it takes a lot of time in the process of filing and collecting the requirements file, as well as the requirements files that have been collected become accumulated and troublesome employees in finding the return of the collected files manually, this kind of thing is able to delay the work of employees to do their work. In this case the method used in the study is by studying libraries, observations, and interviews.  With so many problems that occur, therefore a computerized system is needed to facilitate the process of filing, collecting requirement files and making decisions.
