RANCANG BANGUN E-COMMERCE MODEL BUSINESS TO CUSTOMER PADA NA PLANT SHOP SUKABUMI

Ornamental plants are one of the most popular plants during the pandemic, with the large market demand for ornamental plants causing the price of ornamental plants to rise. One of the ornamental plant sellers in Sukabumi City is NA Plant Shop which is a new branch of business managed by CV Kurnia Meubel. In the promotion process and some purchase transactions, NA Plant Shop still uses social media, which makes it difficult for NA Plant Shop to record transactions that keep piling up, so that it is not uncommon for potential customers to switch to buying ornamental plants in other stores. The website can be used as a medium for electronic transactions or e-commerce as well as promotions to make it easier for business actors to expand sales. The author conducts research with the waterwall method which at each stage is carried out sequentially. So with this research resulted in a Design Of The E-Commerce Business To Customer Model Design System at NA Plant Shop Sukabumi which could be a solution to facilitate the transaction process between sellers and buyers, transaction processing, or in terms of promotions.
