PERANCANGAN SISTEM INFORMASI PERSEDIAAN BARANG PADA COMBOT KIDS

The inventory information system at Combot Kids still uses the conventional system, in managing the data of goods such as input data of incoming and outgoing goods recorded in the ledger, then recapitulated in excel, this is considered less effective due to the length of the processing and data search. Meanwhile, to find out the availability of goods (stock), employees must calculate the existing items one by one, need accuracy so that there are no errors in making reports later, it is still considered less efficient in terms of time, and prone to errors in calculations and recording. Therefore, it is necessary to develop a better system in order to overcome these problems, the first thing to do is to conduct interviews and direct observations related to the system that is running on Combot Kids, to further design an inventory system using a prototype with the stages of listening to the owner's wishes regarding needs. system, make a design and evaluate and test the design. As a result, the design of the inventory system can overcome existing problems, so that the process of recording incoming and outgoing goods, searching data, checking the availability of goods and making reports can be done quickly, precisely and efficiently.
