ABSTRACT

Gosimplywedding is a company engaged in a wedding organizer service. As is known when handling an event, a wedding organizer must have stages from planning to the implementation stage of the event so that the event can run smoothly. In carrying out these stages, a monitoring system is needed that is useful for monitoring each stage in preparing the event to run smoothly and also reducing the occurrence of missed stages. In this case, the method used in the research is the prototyping method with assistance in collecting data using the literature study, observation, and interview methods. Gosimplywedding requires a system that helps the problems that occur at this time. The design of a performance monitoring system is the right solution in solving problems as well as making it easier for department leaders to monitor the performance of each member of the division in preparing events until the event runs smoothly.
