PERANCANGAN SISTEM INFORMASI PENGELOLAAN SURAT PADA DINAS PERDAGANGAN KOPERASI U KM KABUPATEN SUKABUMI


ABSTRACT


Mulki Adam Hakiki (12181793), Designing a Letter Management Information System at the SME Cooperative Trading Office of Sukabumi Regency.


 


The Trade Office of Small and Medium Enterprises of Sukabumi Regency is an agency engaged in the management of trade, cooperatives and community businesses. In filing letters at government agencies there are still those who use manual processes so that they are not effective in the mail management process. The application of archiving will be maximized if it is done with the help of information technology that is currently developing. The Trade Office of Small and Medium Enterprises of Sukabumi Regency was found to have difficulty in filing because it was still using a manual process. By way of secretariat employees will record it in the agenda book and after that it is re- entered into Microsoft Excel then the files that have been inputted will be stored in the annual archive room which will be needed at any time. The author conducts research by choosing a prototype method which is fast in collecting data needs. To speed up archiving performance and make it easier for officers, the solution that can be taken is by utilizing information technology. By using the current web-based information technology, it is expected to improve the performance of officers in managing administration, especially mail archiving.
