The development of information technology and the internet in the era of globalization is very high as a supporter of activities in various fields, especially in improving services to consumers. CV. Hikmah Graphic Barokah as one of the businesses engaged in printing services using information technology to get customer satisfaction. In supporting good service, a tool is needed, namely a web-based ordering application. In the development of this web-based application system using the prototype software method which emphasizes the short, short, and fast development cycle. The short time has the advantage that system developers and clients can carry out the process from the very beginning of development. This model is used if the user only defines the general objectives of the software without specifying the input, processing and output requirements. Data was collected through observation, interviews and literature studies of CV companies. The wisdom of Barokah Graphics to obtain relevant and appropriate information. This system can provide convenience and effectiveness in overcoming existing problems for customers who will use printing services on CV. The Wisdom of Barokah Graphics.
