PENGARUH PELATIHAN TERHADAP KINERJA KARYAWAN PADA PT. ASSABRI JAKARTA

Performance is influenced by several factors, one of which is Training. If employees improve their abilities through training, employee performance will increase as well as vice versa. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of Training (X) on Employee Performance (Y) on PT Assabri Jakarta. In this study the authors collected data by distributing questionnaires to respondents, namely PT Assabri employees. This study uses quantitative methods and uses saturated sampling techniques, and is calculated using a statistical computer program, namely the SPSS version 24.00 system. The results of the research that the author got from the calculation of the Correlation Coefficient Test obtained the results of 0.748 which showed a positive relationship between the influence of training on the performance of employees of PT Assabri Jakarta. Based on the calculation of the Determination Coefficient, the result is 55.9% and the remaining 44.1% is influenced by other factors, such as Ability and Motivation. The results of the calculation of Simple Linear Regression analysis are obtained by the equation Y = 9,731 + 0,702X, which means that there is a significant relationship between training and employee performance. The results of this study still need to be further developed to determine the influence of factors that indicate that training can improve employee performance
