Zaman yang semakin maju begitupula dengan tekhnologi yang selaras dengan berkembang dunia, dan manusia yang semakin berkembang pola fikirnya. di tuntunt untuk selalu produktif di berbagai sektor baik bidang industri, pendidikan, pengobatan, dsb. kebutuhan akan barang elektronik terutama laptop dan pc kiat meningkat guna untuk membantu keperluan sehari-hari manusia. namun seringkali di jumpai prangkat tersebut terdapat troble atau bahkan tidak berfungsi secara mendadak, membuat pemiliknya kewalahan dan bingung cara memperbaikinya. Tujuan dari pembuatan tugas akhir ini adalah membuat Sistem Infirmasi Pelayanan Jasa Service Laptop dan PC Komputer Berbasis Web. Untuk mempermudah dalam mencarikan solusi pada berbagai trouble perangkat laptop dan pc. Metode yang digunakan dalam pembuatan program aplikasi ini adalah metode waterfall untuk mempermudah dalam pembuatan website. Hasil dari penelitian ini adalah terciptanya program service laptop secara online yang dapat memudahkan pengguna dalam mencarikan solusi unbtuk perangkatnya dan mempermudah para tekhnisi untuk mendapatkan pelanggan baru, dan meningkatkan kepercayaan pelanggannya. Serta mengetahui jumlah trouble yang terdata di database jasa service online dalam bentuk laporan tabel yang sebelumnya masih menggunakan sistem konvensional.

An increasingly advanced era as well as technology that is in harmony with the developing world, and people are increasingly developing mindset. guided to always be productive in various sectors in the fields of industry, education, medicine, etc. the need for electronic goods, especially laptops and pc tips is increasing in order to help the daily needs of humans. but often found in these devices there are troble or even do not function suddenly, making the owner overwhelmed and confused how to fix it. The purpose of making this thesis is to create a Web-Based Computer Laptop and PC Computer Service Infirmation System. To make it easier to find solutions to various laptop and PC device troubles. The method used in making this application program is the waterfall method to facilitate the creation of a website. The results of this study are the creation of an online laptop service program that can facilitate users in finding solutions for their devices and make it easier for technicians to get new customers, and increase customer confidence. As well as knowing the number of problems that are recorded in the online service database in the form of a table report that previously was still using a conventional system.
