PT Shabilla Eraldo Utama Tours & Travel (Shabilla Travel) is engaged in Umrah and Hajj travel and tour services since 2010 until now. This Shabilla travel has a large selection of Umrah packages, namely Regular Umrah Package, Combination Umrah Package, VIP Umrah Package, Oman Umrah Plus Package, Turkish Umrah Plus Package, Dubai Umrah Package Plus, Cairo Umrah Package Plus, and Ramadhan Umrah Package. This Shabilla travel already has the Ministry of RI's permit No: D / 645/2013. At PT Shabilla Eraldo Utama Tours & Travel (shabilla travel) this has a problem that often occurs in PT Shabilla Eraldo Utama Tours & Travel (shabilla travel) is where prospective pilgrims are confused to choose the package that suits their wishes. Disappointment occurred several times because it was not suitable for the prospective jama'ah. the aim of the researchers was to make this study aiding prospective pilgrimsso they would not be confused in choosing the Umrah package. Using the AHP (Analitycal Hierarchy Process) method to determine the highest weight value for the Umrah package, it means that the Umrah package has many devotees.
